JFDIN!

We are a generation of instant gratification and low attention spans. We want the world and we want it now. Every third individual seems to subscribe to the 'Carpe Diem', 'You have, but one life', blah blah blah schools of thought.

We want our lives to be on a continuous high, always experiencing every chill, thrill and frill. But, that's not a feasible, sustainable model.
I see several of us coming to terms with the fact that there are going to be dull moments in life. There are going to be troughs and crests.

Employing old school fundaes - You cannot appreciate the highs unless you go through the lows. You can't enjoy the adrenaline rush if you don't have some peaceful, quiet and boring times.

We just need to learn to pace ourselves and realize the aforementioned facts!
